Kartavya Connect facilitates networking, project discovery, information-sharing and potential collaboration between NGOs, corporations and social impact professionals.

Users must provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials, respect other platform participants, and use the platform lawfully and professionally.

Information submitted by organisations remains their responsibility. Kartavya Connect does not independently guarantee the accuracy, legitimacy, funding availability or outcomes of listed projects unless expressly stated.

Participation on Kartavya Connect does not guarantee CSR funding, investment, partnerships, donations or project approval.

Users must not engage in fraud, impersonation, harassment, misleading representations, unauthorised data collection, spam, or activities that compromise the platform or its users.

The Kartavya Connect brand, website design and proprietary platform features belong to Nigmya Social Technologies or their respective rights holders. Users retain ownership of content they submit, while granting the permissions reasonably necessary to display and operate that content on the platform.

We reserve the right to restrict or suspend accounts involved in fraudulent, unlawful or materially inappropriate activities, subject to applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nigmya Social Technologies is not responsible for disputes, unsuccessful partnerships or independent arrangements between platform participants. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated where required.
